A: Prince Gallery, owned by Frank Prince, is a full-service framing, printing, and presentation gallery. They accept phone orders with credit cards.
Q: What are Shipping Costs?
A: All unmounted prints will be rolled and shipped in a tube with a $12 shipping fee. If you order a mounted print, there will be an increase in the shipping fee for a flat mailing. If the print is purchased by a local customer, the print will be available for pick up with no shipping fee.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery from date of purchase.

Q: What is the return policy?
A: If you are not satisfied with any of our products, please contact us and make arrangements to return the print within five days, and you will be refunded the cost of the print.
Q: Will I receive my print on canvas or watercolor paper?
A: All oil paintings will be printed on canvas with the option to mount the canvas on Gator board for easy framing. All watercolor paintings will be printed on watercolor paper and will not be mounted, as watercolors are attached to acid free board if framed.
